SPIFF Terms and Conditions

1. SPIFF Period

The SPIFF program will run until December 31, 2025. Any sales made after this date will not be eligible for SPIFF payments unless otherwise communicated.

2. Payment Timeline
Results will be finalized 30 days after the SPIFF period ends. Payments can be expected within 15 days following finalized results.

3. SPIFF Cap and Availability
The SPIFF program has a total payout cap of $15,000. Once this limit is reached, eligible sellers will be notified, and the SPIFF period will be considered closed.

4. Returns and Adjustments
Any returns of products sold during the SPIFF period, or within 30 days after the SPIFF period ends, will result in a retraction of the SPIFF earned on the returned product. Adjustments will be made accordingly before final payment processing.

5. Payment Method
All SPIFF payments will be issued via check and mailed to the address provided by the participant.

6. Tax Compliance

• If an individual’s SPIFF earnings exceed $600, a W-9 form will be required before payment can be released.

• Earnings exceeding $600 will be reported as taxable income.

• A 1099 form will be issued for 2025 tax filing purposes.
