SPIFF Terms and Conditions

1. SPIFF Period

The SPIFF Program begins on the program launch date and ends on September 30, 2026. Only qualifying sales submitted and approved during the program period will be eligible for SPIFF payments.

2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to eligible sales representatives who meet all program requirements. All submitted claims are subject to verification and approval by the program administrator.

3. SPIFF Cap
The total payout for the SPIFF Program is subject to a maximum program cap of $5,000. Once the program cap has been reached, no additional SPIFF payments will be awarded, regardless of submission date.

4. Returns and Adjustments
Any returns of products sold during the SPIFF period, or within 30 days after the SPIFF period ends, will result in a retraction of the SPIFF earned on the returned product. Adjustments will be made accordingly before final payment processing.

5. Payment
Approved SPIFF payments will be issued via check approximately 30 days after the conclusion of the program. Payments will only be made after all qualifying claims have been reviewed and approved. All SPIFF payments will be issued via check and mailed to the address provided by the participant. The program administrator is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or outdated address information.

6. Tax Compliance

  • If an individual’s SPIFF earnings exceed $600, a W-9 form will be required before payment can be released.

  • Earnings exceeding $600 will be reported as taxable income.

  • A 1099 form will be issued for 2026 tax filing purposes.

By participating in the SPIFF program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact 3Eye at partnersuccess@3eyetech.com.
